Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us here at Bird Down Brand Co.. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide a refund or exchange within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE INSPECTED FOR ANY DAMAGES BEFORE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER.

***The original tag MUST be attached to the item along with the plastic warning cover the Ultimate Shotgun Rest was covered with. If it is not, it will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.***

** If we have free shipping we will deduct only the cost of shipping on refunds.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Once 10 days have passed, we will not issue a refund or an exchange.   

Please email us in advance HERE to let us know if you'd like to return or exchange an item. Once acknowledged, send returns and exchanges to the address provided in the email.

Items that WILL be accepted for return/exchange:

    • Items with the original tag ATTACHED in original form
    • Items with the original plastic warning cover
    • Items that have not been used
    • Items without dirt stains, grass stains, etc.
*DAMAGED ITEMS must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us HERE and provide pictures of damaged area.*

Once we have received the item, we will review it for a refund or an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received. If you are approved, you will receive an email with a refund confirmation. Your refund will be the amount you paid minus the exact cost of shipping we paid to send the item(s) to you. 

 

***BIRD DOWN BRAND CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR UPS  FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE.***
